The Pet Safari Kuala Lumpur had recently move to another shop lot near to ‘Kid’s e world’. Although I’m a member of The Pet Safari, but I don’t really like to visit this store due to the bad service that my friend experienced before which was happened 2 years ago.
Until recently when I need to look for a new cage for my fur kids, i’ve visit this shop again. There normally will have more choices to opt compare to other pet shops. I managed to get a small cage with wheels cost me about RM200 which i find is reasonable.
One of the wheel had broken when I brought back and I immediately bring the cage back the next day for exchange. I feel a bit mad at first because the cashier told me that I should check my stock before pay, then the supervisor came out to check what’s happening and I told her about the broken wheel. She immediately ask her staff to get me a new cage and ask me to double check again. She then apologies to me and giving me a trolley to move my cage to the carpark. I like the supervisor’s service as I find her really know what to do when customer is unhappy.
I like their shop because they have a lots of choices with reasonable price, but I feel the service is still not very consistent. If you are lucky you will have a good staff to serve you like the supervisor but if I had serve by their cashier today, I think I will experience another bad day just like what happen to my friend again.
