Known for their Nasi Kandar, their stretch of dishes was impressive, plenty of different types of curries but the ratio of meat to vegetables was 8:1! Out of the tens of dishes there was only cabbage, long beans and cucumbers as vegetables choices. Is it me or is it a Nasi Kandar thing where our dishes are just tossed onto our plates? I really don’t like that.
Anyway, I took all three choices of vegetables and a telur dadar. My vegetables were okay, and my telur very fluffy but it was a tad burnt underneath. My sister in law took the same number of vegetables and some sambal chicken, to which we assumed would come up to at least RM10.
Place is quite big, it extends to the inside where there are more seats and the place is quite clean. Overall, we had a pleasant lunch and we were very surprised when our bill came – mine was only at RM3.80, and my sister in law’s at RM8. However our drinks weren’t that cheap though, limau ice was more than RM2!
At the counter I notice that they are selling ice cream cakes! Anyway, service was OK.
