Malaysia are famous with its multiracial practice . There are plenty of places of worship for each religion included for Muslim. Masjid Negara ( National Mosque) located along Jalan Kinabalu, become one of the main mosque in Kuala Lumpur.
Not only a places for Muslim to perform worship but the mosque became one of the attraction for tourist who come to see the mosque that represent Malaysia identity as Islamic Malaysia.
The building itself will amazed people who see it, the combination of traditional islamic design with modern architecture. Besides, fountain and sweet outdoor garden made the scenery look so beautiful.
Non-muslim can visit the national mosque with a few rules- wear proper clothes, no short pants etc. For example, Rihanna came here few years back with her scarf and beautiful dress. Haha.
The facilities in this mosque also outstanding and organized well. Division of prayer room for women and man arranged well by the organizer. The temperature in the prayer hall also nicely controlled. Telekong and prayer mat ( We used it to perform our prayer) also available and it is convenient for woman since there are a few rooms that allowed them to touch up after prayer ( Well girls, we need mirror and space for us to wear shawl and so on.)
